Chapter 9 Dance
Chapter 7 Theater
The Lion King musical debuted July 8, 1997, in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the Orpheum Theatre, though the movie had been out since 1994. The Lion King is a great classic, one of my all time favorite disney movies. When I was a kid I would keep rewinding it over and ever from the time I woke up until the time I went to sleep. Even to this day it makes me cry everytime haha. It's so incredible that they turned it into a musical, and one day soon I hope to see it.
Chapter 8 Cinema
This is Bonnie and Clyde the movie, well a remake of the original from 1967, is based on a true story. This one was released on December 8, 2013. I absolutely love this story because the era of time which, was during the great depression there's more but I don't want to give the movie away. So if you've never seen it I highly suggest that you do because this is a part of the American history its on Netflix.
Chapter 6 Literature
“You say that you love the rain
but you open your umbrella when it rains
You say that you love the sun
but you find a shadow spot when the sun shines
You say that you love the wind
but you close your windows when the wind blows
This is why I am afraid, you said that you love me too.“

I am Afraid (Korkuyorum)
— Turkish Poem
— Turkish Poem
A lot of people think this is a William Shakespeare or Bob Marley poem but the true root of it is from Qyazzirah Syeikh Ariffin a Turkish writer. The reason I chose this poem is to me it is true of most people. They say that want something but in the end they don't truly enjoy it.

Chapter 5 Music
The reason I have choosen this song is because it brings so many memories back such a joy and nervousness. This song was the first I learned to play on the piano and had played it at many recitals for school and through my private lessons and it never gets old.

Chapter 4 Architecture

1. This is the Volkswagen headquarters in Wolfsburg, Germany and was built in 1938/39
2. The car parking towers are made of glass and galvanized steel where cars are automatically moved from the Wolfsburg plant and on to the customer center where they are collected by their owners.
3. This building is so intriguing to me the fact that each tower can hold 400 cars and the owners can just store them there until they need them.

Chapter 3 Sculpture
1.Taino sculpture of Cacicato Mabodamaca - Cacique Mabodamaca. Great chief for that region of the island.
2. Cacique Mabodamaca is a carving into a cliff wall near Isabella, Puerto Rico.
3. The reason I chose this sculpture is because one day I would love to go to P.R. and see not only this but all the Taino sculptures. MY boyfriend is from there and it's part of him so I feel like it should be something for me to experience as well.

Chapter 2 Pictures
This is Portrait of Dr. Gachet (Man with a Pipe) an etching done by Vincent van Gogh. This brings back so many memories, when I was in middle school my art teacher had this taped on the board and we had to not only sketch it out but we had to do it upside down. It took us a few weeks to do but when we were all done I can still remember finally turning it over and looking and just laughing at how unproportionate he was.
